Product Description:

Calsans is formulated to provide increased calcium levels in the muscle tissue when excess phosphorus in the diet is a concern.

Calcium from citrate, lactate, sulfate and carbonate combined to maintain an acidic reaction essential for proper assimilation and bioavailability. Specific for elevating serum and tissue calcium levels. Particularly effective for nocturnal leg cramping and spasms due to decreased muscular calcium levels. Metabolic spasmodic and muscle relaxing action where there is leg cramping due to low calcium levels.

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth, but it is also responsible for smooth and timely muscle contractions. When the body is low in calcium, this causes neuromuscular irritability, which causes the nerves and the muscles to spasm and twitch. This can lead to cramps in the arms and legs. Calcium may help restore the neuromuscular transmitters, providing comfortable and timely muscle movements.

Vitamin C also helps calcium to absorb better in the intestinal tract. Glutamic acid enhances calcium absorption by enforcing pH control. Vitamin D3, is essential for overall health and a deficiency can cause spasms, muscle cramps, muscular hypersensitivity and pain. When manganese is combined with calcium, this can aid in the production, repair and activity of connective tissues and nerves.
