Less than two hours elapse between the actual harvesting and the processing of the vegetable, which is dehydrated in the absence of oxygen at a heat never greater than that under which the plant normally grows. This preserves the original vitamin value. These vegetable elements are then immediately pulverized scientifically and with a high efficiency providing a 95% cell fracture, as compared with 3 to 5 percent through ordinary mastication, thus exposing to assimilation a maximum of the essential values concealed in the cell life of the plant.
