Product Description:

Prosomnia Quick Response contains biologically active melatonin, developed to promote the fast onset of sleep as well as regulate sleep patterns. It is pleasant tasting, non-addictive and non-habit forming.

Melatonin is a hormone that is responsible for our sleep and wake cycle, also known as our circadian rhythm. Melatonin synthesis, production and release are activated in the pineal gland, by low light and darkness. Adequate and quality sleep is essential for our overall health, energy levels and prevention of chronic health issues. Therefore melatonin is vital for a good night sleep, but low levels of melatonin can cause a wide range of sleep related health disorders.
